Project Overview
Independent documentary
Noise is shot entirely inside a London aquarium and framed with the visual language of a nature documentary. By isolating animals from the architecture, signage and crowds around them, the film creates images that can momentarily feel as though they were captured in the wild.
That illusion is central to the film. Noise explores the dissonance between naturalistic imagery and the controlled environment beyond the frame, asking how context changes the way we read an image, and what becomes invisible when the frame is allowed to decide what matters.
