Scratch and Tickle Theatre began in 2023 as a Leeds-based platform for new writing, performance, stand-up, theatre, comedy, performance art and scratch pieces. Co-produced by Ray Productions and Reeka Studios, the night gives artists a live room to try out new material, connect with audiences and develop ideas that may still be rough, risky or in progress.
Reeka Studios co-produces Scratch and Tickle Theatre with Ray Productions, supporting the recurring Leeds event across programming, event coordination, documentation and promotional material.
The project has grown into an ongoing platform for artists to test new writing, comedy, performance art and theatre in front of a live audience at Hyde Park Book Club.
