Written by Tiggy Bailey, Squidge follows Daisy, a reluctant teaching assistant assigned to help a young Irish traveller with his reading. Between phone calls with her grieving mother, a sexy plumber and the unexpected presence of whale noises, she finds hope in an unlikely friendship.
The production previewed in London and Leeds before beginning a run at the Edinburgh Fringe, and is now touring. It was directed by award-winning director Selwin Hulme-Teague and produced by Linda-Ray Ndlovu and Ray Productions. Reeka Studios created photography, videography and promotional material for the show, before capturing the live production in Edinburgh.
